Ingredients:
Matcha tea has an amazing flavour I would describe it has nutty and bitter slightly creamy and little bit sweet. I must say that it would be bitter the brew in to tea. The colour is beautiful strong and dark green. The property of this tea is simply extraordinary full of chlorophyll, antioxidant (protect the cell of radiation). All this of course depend on how it is has been produce and harvest.
1/2 tsp of matcha tea
1 cup and half of the alternative milk ( I prefer coconut milk)
3/4 of a cup of oats
1 hand full of baby spinach
1 hand full of soak cashew nuts and almond
4 pitted dates or figs ( I like to have a mix so I often have 1 fig, 2 dates, and few dried berries)
goji (or any other red fruits)
banana, I have tried this breakfast with mango (or any other fruits)
coconuts flake
Mix the oat, matcha tea and milk together, let it soak overnight.
In the morning, take the 3/4 from the oat preparation pour everything in the blender with spinach, cashew, almond and dates.
Pulse few times for everything to mix well.
Pour the mixture in a bowl, add some red fruits, coconut flakes and any other colourful dry fruits or fresh fruits.
